• 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 12 ounces chocolate chips
• Vanilla Ice Cream:
• 1 cup milk
• 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 6 large egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
