- GRAVLAX SAUCE:
- 4 large pasteurized egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or mild olive oil
- 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 to 3 tablespoons finely chopped dill
