• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 small eggs
• 1 yellow onion
• 1 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
• 4 oz chopped green chilies
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1/4 lb Pepper jack cheese
• 1/4 lb Sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup salsa of choice
