• For the Filling:
• 8 tablespoons softened unsalted butter,
• 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
• Zest of 2 large lemons
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 cups fresh blueberries,
• For the Frosting:
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter,
• 4 oz cream cheese,
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
