
Tuna Tortillas
Ingredients (4)
- 8 slices Cheddar cheese
- 8 eight-inch tortillas
- 6 Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 4 cups prepared tuna salad, or as needed
Directions
- Melt 1 slice Cheddar cheese in a skillet over low heat.
- Place 1 tortilla on melted Cheddar cheese so it covers one side; remove from skillet and place on a work surface. Repeat using all the Cheddar cheese and tortillas.
- Assemble tortilla (cheese side facing out) with Roma tomato slices and about ½ cup tuna salad per tortilla inside. Enjoy!
