
Richard’s Japanese Shrimp Salad
Ingredients (9)
- ½ cup diced mini salad shrimp (find in grocery store freezer section)
- 2 cups chopped imitation crab stick (find in an Asian market)
- ¼ cup minced scallion
- ½ cup minced celery
- ½ cup sour cream (or creme fraiche)
- ½ cup Kewpie mayo (find in an Asian market)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ⅓ teaspoon Maldon sea salt
- 12 sheets nori (seaweed sheets)
Directions
- Mix shrimp, imitation crab stick, scallion, celery, sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, and sea salt together in a bowl. Serve plain or with nori. Enjoy!
- This salad can last for about five days in the refrigerator.
