
Vietnamese Pork Chops

- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 onion, cut into thick slices
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Directions
- Place pork chops in a large bowl; add onion slices.
- Stir garlic, fish sauce, sugar, and vegetable oil together in a bowl; pour over pork chops and onion slices. Mix until pork chops are coated.
- Marinate pork chops in the refrigerator, mixing occasionally, for 3 to 4 hours.
- Grill pork chops and onions until cooked through, a few minutes on each side. Let rest and enjoy.
