  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 onion, cut into thick slices
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Place pork chops in a large bowl; add onion slices.
  2. Stir garlic, fish sauce, sugar, and vegetable oil together in a bowl; pour over pork chops and onion slices. Mix until pork chops are coated.
  3. Marinate pork chops in the refrigerator, mixing occasionally, for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Grill pork chops and onions until cooked through, a few minutes on each side. Let rest and enjoy.
