- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup dark brown sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
Directions
- Place heavy cream and butter in a pan on moderate heat.
- Stir with a small wooden spatula until butter is melted and the cream comes to a low boil.
- Add white and brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Reduce heat and add cocoa.
