  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Place heavy cream and butter in a pan on moderate heat.
  2. Stir with a small wooden spatula until butter is melted and the cream comes to a low boil.
  3. Add white and brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
  4. Reduce heat and add cocoa.
  5. Stir with a whisk until smooth and it’s ready to eat.
