- 1 (15.5-oz) can of no-salt-added red kidney beans (enjuagadas y escurridas)

- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 cup (about 7 oz) of peeled, cubed pumpkin or butterut squash
- 1 1/2 cup of unsalted chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of no-salt-added tomato sauce
