- 1/4 cup of jarred pimiento peppers
- 5 cup of fish or seafood stock
- 2 tsp of sweet paprika
- 1 pinch of saffron
- 1/2 lbs of frozen lima beans (descongeladas y escurridas)
- 1/2 lbs of boneless white fish fillets, such as cod or swai
- 1 1/2 cup of medium-grain Spanish rice
- 1 of yellow onion (cortado en cubos)
- 1 lbs of baby squid (limpios y cortados en anillos)
- 1/4 lbs of jumbo shrimp (pelados y desvenados)
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic (picado)
- 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp of salt
