- 2 of medium fennel bulbs ((11 oz cada uno) sin tallos ni hojas, cortados en octavos)
- 1 of medium yellow onion (delgadamente rebanados)
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1 of Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1 can of cannellini beans (15.5 oz, escurridas y enjuagadas)
- 1/4 cup of parsley (picado)
