- 10-12 squash blossoms
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 2 cups neutral oil, for frying
- Tempura Batter:
- 3/4 cup corn starch
- 3/4 cup flour
- 12 ounce can of beer (Won't use it all)
