- 2 tbsp of mayonnaise (olive oil)
- 2 tsp of Dijon Mustard
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 1/8 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 lbs of fresh Brussels sprouts
- 6 oz of artichoke hearts (1 jar, in brine; quartered, drained, and rinsed)
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 1 tbsp of whole flax seeds (roasted)
- 1/2 large of avocado
- 2 of garlic (cloves)
