- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) Diamond Crystal kosher salt; for table salt, use about half as much by volume or the same weight
- 1/4 teaspoon orange flower water, such as Cortas
- 2 ounces roasted pistachio oil, such as La Tourangelle (shy 1/3 cup; 55g)
- 2 ounces water, optional (1/4 cup; 55g)
