- 2 tbsp of capers (rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 cup of chopped red onion
- 2 tsp of dried basil
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- to taste of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1/2 of green bell pepper (chopped)
- 10 oz (about 2 cups) of grape or cherry tomatoes (halved)
