- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced jalapeno
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup green peas, frozen and thawed
