- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- 3 to 4 pounds medium fresh shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 4 to 6 cups cooked rice, or the amount desired for serving
