  • 2 teaspoons oregano (dried, crumbled)
  • 1/2 pound okra (trimmed, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices, or 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped okra, thawed)
  • 1 pound medium shrimp (shelled and deveined)
  • 2 scallions (white and light green parts, thinly sliced)
