  • 1 tablespoon crushed galangal
  • 1 whole garlic, bruised and peeled
  • 6 bird's eye chilies, roughly chopped

  • 2 tablespoons tamarind paste
  • 2 tablespoons of grated palm sugarfish sauce, to taste
