Zucchini Linguine

Ingredients
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 1small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1medium zucchini, shredded
- 2tablespoons white wine
- 8ounces linguine, cooked and drained (about 3 3/4 cups)
- 1tablespoon butter
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2cup grated Romano cheese
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic and sauté about 10 minutes. Add zucchini and wine and cook 5 minutes. Add hot pasta, butter, salt and pepper. Serve with grated cheese.
