Zippy Honey Dressing

The sweetness of honey in a lovely, light dressing for salads.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- -- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except water in a container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well. Add water and shake again. Flavor improves if make a day ahead.
