Zesty Barbecue Sauce
- Yield 3 3/4 cups
Try this quick-and-easy barbecue sauce over the store bought version.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 16 ounces catsup
- 3 ounces worcestershire sauce
- 3 ounces steak sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- -- Juice of 2 lemons
- 12 ounces water
- -- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat about 30 minutes or until onion is done. May be used hot as a dip, or for grilling as a brush-on sauce.
