Zatarain’s Mardi Gras Creole Eggs
- Yield 4 servings
- 1 box Zatarain's Creole Rice
- 7 medium hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup shredded American cheese
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- Boil 6 or 7 medium eggs to hard boiled status
- Cook Zatarain’s Creole Rice according to package
- In a greased 8×8 casserole dish, layer rice mixture and sliced eggs. Top with cheese and crumbs – drizzle melted butter over crumbs.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
