Yummy Yo-Yo’s

  • Yield: 5 servings


3tablespoons whipped cream cheese
1teaspoon lemon juice
1/2teaspoon sugar
10 gingersnaps
10 pieces red shoelace licorice


  1. Combine the cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl and beat until blended.  Spread 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture on one side of half the gingersnaps.  Top with the remaining gingersnaps.  Wind a licorice piece around the center of each to resemble a yo-yo string.
