- Yield: 5 servings
- 3tablespoons whipped cream cheese
- 1teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2teaspoon sugar
- 10 gingersnaps
- 10 pieces red shoelace licorice
- Combine the cream cheese, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl and beat until blended. Spread 2 teaspoons of the cream cheese mixture on one side of half the gingersnaps. Top with the remaining gingersnaps. Wind a licorice piece around the center of each to resemble a yo-yo string.
