- Yield 16 servings
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 can -- Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 1 202 can -- drained crushed pineapple
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 -- large container Cool Whip
- 2 -- prepared graham cracker crusts
Mix well lemon juice and Eagle Brand condensed milk. Add drained crushed pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and 3/4 cup chopped pecans. Spoon mixture into pie crusts. Sprinkle remaining pecans over top of pies. Cover and refrigerate. May be frozen.
