This dip is great for taking care of that sweet and salty appetite we all tend to get. It's a healthy high-protein low-fat snack.
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon whey protein
- 2 tablespoons California Raisins
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Combine yogurt and whey protein. Mix well. Stir in peanut butter and raisins.
