This dip is great for taking care of that sweet and salty appetite we all tend to get. It's a healthy high-protein low-fat snack.


1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon whey protein
2 tablespoons California Raisins
1 tablespoon peanut butter


  1. Combine yogurt and whey protein. Mix well. Stir in peanut butter and raisins.
