Wisconsin Blue Cheese Dressing
- Yield 12 servings
This blue cheese dressing will be a great accompaniment to a fresh garden salad.
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup (4-ounces) crumbled Wisconsin Blue cheese
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Beat until fluffy. Cover and chill.
