Wisconsin Blue Cheese Dressing

  • Yield 12 servings

This blue cheese dressing will be a great accompaniment to a fresh garden salad.


1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup (4-ounces) crumbled Wisconsin Blue cheese
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 garlic clove, minced


  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Beat until fluffy. Cover and chill.
