PrintEmail Ingredients 1 stick butter1 cup raw wild rice1/2 cup slivered almonds1 tablespoon chopped green pepper1 tablespoon chopped chives or onions1/2 pound sliced mushrooms3 cups chicken broth Instructions Put all ingredients, except chicken broth, in heavy frying pan. Cook until rice turns yellow, stirring constantly. Put in buttered casserole with broth. Cover tightly and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
