Scrape with a fork to form ice crystals. Ingredients 1 1/2 cups watermelon, seeded and diced1/2 cup water1 tablespoon honey1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice1 tablespoon sugar24 small mint leaves Instructions Combine watermelon, water, honey, lemon juice and sugar in a blender or food processor.
