Ingredients

1 1/2cups diced and seeded watermelon
1cup diced, peeled hothouse cucumber
2tablespoons minced red onion
2tablespoons finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
1tablespoon lime juice
1/4teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2teaspoon salt
