1/2pound watermelon, cut into chunks
2 cucumbers, seeded and chopped
8 fresh mint leaves, torn
2tablespoons fresh lime juice
1pinch salt
1pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve immediately.
