Waldorf Carrot Salad

Carrots and apples combine for a colorful and healthy salad.
- 2 cups peeled shredded carrots
- 2 cups unpeeled chopped tart apples
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup chopped dates
- 1/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- In a medium bowl, combine the carrots, apples, celery and dates.
- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and orange juice. Pour over the carrot mixture, tossing gently.
