Very Berry Smoothie

  • Yield: 2-4 servings


1cup crushed ice
1cup slightly frozen blueberries
1cup vanilla yogurt
1cup milk or fat free half n' half
4tablespoons honey or sugar


  1. Put the crushed ice and slightly frozen blueberries into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Then add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
  3. Pour into large glasses and serve immediately.
