Very Berry Smoothie
- Yield 2-4 servings
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 cup slightly frozen blueberries
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup milk or fat free half n' half
- 4 tablespoons honey or sugar
- Put the crushed ice and slightly frozen blueberries into a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Then add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
- Pour into large glasses and serve immediately.
