Very Berry Smoothie

  • Yield 2-4 servings


1 cup crushed ice
1 cup slightly frozen blueberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk or fat free half n' half
4 tablespoons honey or sugar


  1. Put the crushed ice and slightly frozen blueberries into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Then add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
  3. Pour into large glasses and serve immediately.
