Veggie U “Granola”

Ingredients

2cups cauliflower, cut into small pieces
2cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
2cups diced carrots
2cups diced celery
1cup diced red bell pepper
1cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Chill. Serve cold.
