Veggie U “Granola”

Diced veggies combine in this great snack for kids.
A perfect snack to set out while dinner preparations are underway.
- 2 cups cauliflower, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup raisins
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Chill. Serve cold.
