Veggie Dip

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 12 ounces non-fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup loosely packed, fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Instructions
- Process all of this in a food processor until creamy.
