Ingredients

2/3cup chopped red onion
2teaspoons minced garlic
12ounces non-fat cottage cheese
1teaspoon whole grain mustard
3tablespoons lemon juice
1tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
1teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2cup loosely packed, fresh grated parmesan cheese
2tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Process all of this in a food processor until creamy.
