Veggie Dip

Ingredients

2/3 cup chopped red onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
12 ounces non-fat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup loosely packed, fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Process all of this in a food processor until creamy.
