This is one of my favorite recipes to make. Ingredients 1 16-ounce can Grand-size biscuits1/2 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce1 2 1/2-ounce can black olives1/2 cup purple onions, sliced1/2 cup green pepper, diced1 cup mushrooms, sliced8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded1/2 cup tomatoes, sliced (optional) Instructions Separate each biscuit into two or three layers. Pat them out and spread evenly over a lightly greased 12-inch pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake in a 375F oven about 8 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cover with sauce. Spread half of the cheese evenly over the sauce and add vegetables. Sprinkle on remaining cheese and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
