Use this sweet-salty-cumin rub on steak, pork or fish.
This dry rub makes enough to coat 2 pounds of meat or fish.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lime rind
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients; mix well. Rub mixture on both sides of steak or fish before grilling.
