- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- half can water packed tuna
- half can V-8 juice
- 1 small tomato
- 1 small wedge of lettuce
- 1 ounce reduced cheddar cheese
- 1 dash chili powder
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash onion powder
Toast the piece of bread.
In small pan, saute tuna and V-8 and the 3 spices until cooked through.
Pour the ingredients from the pan over the piece of toast.
Put on top of the tuna mixture the tomato(diced small),the lettuce (sliced finely) and the cheese(shredded).
Serves 1 but it's easy to double it.
