Tropical Fruity Cheese Spread

This low-calorie, fruity spread is both sweet and savory.


3 (8-ounce) packages fat-free cream cheese
1 (4-ounce) pacakge blue cheese, crumbled
1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted


  1. Combine all ingredients except pecans. Shape into a round mould on a plate. Cover and chill. Top with pecans before serving.  Makes 4 cups.
