Triple Citrus Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 -- (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 -- eggs
- 1 teaspoon zest and 1 tablespoon juice each from 1 lemon, lime, and orange
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Mix graham crumbs, brown sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over crust.
- Bake 1 hour 5 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
