Triple Citrus Cheesecake

1cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3cup packed brown sugar
1/4cup butter, melted
4-- (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1cup granulated sugar
2tablespoons flour
1teaspoon vanilla
4-- eggs
1teaspoon zest and 1 tablespoon juice each from 1 lemon, lime, and orange


  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix graham crumbs, brown sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. 
  3. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, flour and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over crust. 
  4. Bake 1 hour 5 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
