Tortilla Teasers

4 medium Corn Tortillas
4 large Egg Whites
1 medium Avocado
4 tablespoons Onions
1 cup Low-Fat Cheese
1 cup Tomatoes


Warm the corn tortillas in a non-fat skillet and set aside.  Dice the onion, chop the tomatoes and shred the cheese.  Peel the avocado and section into slices.   Use non-fat cooking spray in the skillet before scrambling the egg whites.  Layer the tortilla with the above ingredients for a tasty treat.  

Finish the design edges with machine or hand embroidery stitches.
