- cheese tortellini
- jar roasted peppers
- julienne sundried tomatoes
- sliced olives
- olive oil
Add 1 TBS olive oil to frying pan and saute sundried tomatoes just until soft, remove from pan to bowl.
Chop garlic finely and fry until lightly brown in 1 TBS olive oil, remove from pan to bowl.
Slice jar of roasted peppers and add to bowl.
Drain sliced olives and add to bowl.
Boil tortellini according to package directions, drain and toss with ingredients in bowl.
Best served at room temperature.
