Toffee S’mores Bars

  • Yield 20 servings


1/2 cup butter
14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups mini-marshmallows
1 cup toffee brickle bits


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.  Rack in middle oven position.
  2. Melt the butter and pour it into a 9×13 inch cake pan.  Tip the pan to coat the bottom.
  3. Sprinkle graham crackers crumbs over butter.  Allow to blend.
  4. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips.
  6. Sprinkle mini-marshmallows.
  7. Sprinkle toffee brickle bits.
  8. Press everything down with the palms of your hands.
  9. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  10. Cool thoroughly on a wire rack before cutting into bars.

Makes 16-20.
