Toasty Black Olive Rounds

1 1/2cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
2cups sliced black olives
1/2cup chopped green onions
1cup light mayonaise
1 1/2teaspoons curry powder
4whole English muffins sliced in half


Mix all ingredients and spread on English Muffin halves. Broil 3-5 five minutes. Serve warm. Makes eight open face sandwiches. Use more or fewer English Muffins determined by desired thickness of the black olive mixture.
