Toasty Black Olive Rounds

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup light mayonaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 4 whole English muffins sliced in half
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and spread on English Muffin halves. Broil 3-5 five minutes. Serve warm. Makes eight open face sandwiches. Use more or fewer English Muffins determined by desired thickness of the black olive mixture.
