Tiramisu White Russian Popsicle
- 3 ounces Vodka
- 2 ounces Kahlua
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons light agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup plus extra garnish
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso granules
- Combine vodka, half and half, vanilla, agave syrup and chocolate syrup in a bowl and mix well.
- Slowly pour mix into forms and freeze. Garnish with chocolate syrup and espresso granules. Makes 8 pops.
