Tilapia with Parmesan Olive Topping

6-- tilapia filets
1/2cup mayonnaise
1 (6 oz)can California ripe black olives, chopped
2tablespoons fresh basil, minced
1/2teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4cup Parmesan cheese, grated


Dry the tilapia filets using paper towel.

Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Place filets on prepared sheet.

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, chopped olives, fresh basil and lemon pepper. Spoon on top of fish filets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Place oven rack on high level, in broil position. Turn oven onto broil. Place fish under broiler; cook till fish is flakey and tender and topping is crunchy and lightly golden brown. Approximately 8-10 minutes.

Remove from oven, serve immediately.
