Tilapia Broil & Zatarain’s New Orleans Style Rice Pilaf

  • Yield 4 servings

Ingredients

4 whole Tilapia fillets
2 packages Zatarain's New Orleans Style Rice Pilaf
1 dash Zatarain's Creole seasoning (for each fillet)
1 dash Freshly squeezed lemon (for each fillet)
1 dash Melted butter (for each fillet)

Instructions

  1. Take each fillet and season as directed with Zatarain’s Creole seasoning on each side.  Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to each fillet.  Prepare Zatarain’s New Orleans rice pilaf, as directed.  Set oven to broil and broil each side of fillet for 3-4 minutes, adding butter to each cooked side before flipping over
  2. Place each serving of  Zatarain’s New Orleans Rice Pilaf on a plate, then place a fillet of tilapia on top of the rice.  Garnish with parsley.
