PrintEmail Ingredients 1 pound Ground Pork4 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs1 -- egg1 tablespoon onion, finely minced1/4 teaspoon salt dash hot pepper sauce1 -- (28-ounce) jar marinara sauce12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained Instructions Mix together pork, bread crumbs, egg, onion and seasonings. Shape meat mixture into 3/4-inch diameter balls. Brown meatballs in large skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-10 minutes. Remove from pan. Heat marinara sauce in same skillet, add meatballs back to skillet. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Serve over hot spaghetti (or other pasta).
