You are here: Home » Recipes » Thai Grilled Sea Bass Thai Grilled Sea Bass Recipe by Our Cookbook Collection Yield 4 servings PrintEmail Ingredients 5 tablespoons oyster sauce2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce4 cloves garlic, chopped1 tablespoon cilantro1 teaspoon ground black pepper4 sea bass filets3 stalks lemongrass, roughly chopped and crushed1 tablespoon dill, roughly chopped8 Banana or Lotus leaves, cut into 10x12 inch piecesDipping Sauce1/2 cup lime juice1/2 cup soy sauce3 1/2 tablespoons honey3 thai green and red chiles3 cloves garlic1 tablespoon cilantro Instructions To prepare the marinade, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, coriander, ground black pepper and mix well. Place the sea bass in the marinade along with lemongrass and dill. Leave in the fridge for 10 minutes. Wrap marinated fish in banana leaves, fasten and bake in the oven at 420 degrees for 15 minutes or grill for 15 minutes on each side. Prepare dipping sauce by blending all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Use to taste.
