Pour into greased 11 x 17 jellyroll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes. FOR ICING; Bring to boil butter/margarine, cocoa, and milk. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, and nuts. Spread over cake while BOTH are hot! Enjoy!
